My friends Rena and Robbie and their two adorable kiddies, Ryleigh and Brendan, are such a beautiful and fun family! I had the honor of taking some family photos on the beach of them just being them = fun :) It was such a beautiful day in early Oct. 2010 with a great sun setting created such great lighting. Can’t wait to do it again! ♥
My dear friend Jessie asked me a while ago to take pictures for her for her fitness studio, Little Black Dress in Booton, NJ. Since then she and her business partner, Michelle, have opened the studio, and are rocking out with offering an array of classes that brings the fun into a great workout! I’m so proud of them and I’m so honored that they asked me to take their photos. Here are some photos they used for their site! For more info about their studio and the awesome classes they have, check out their site: www.littleblackdressfitness.com
The Jersey shore is filled with beauty and the perfect backdrop for a couple in love. It was my pleasure to take engagement pictures for my friends Jacki and Jeff last year, July 2010. Since then they’ve gotten married with a beautiful wedding in Spring Lake, NJ. They fell in love at the Jersey shore and is where they met and where Jeff “wooed” Jacki :) So here’s some pics from their fun engagement shoot!
♥ Congrats Jacki & Jeff ♥
It’s been over a year since I’ve posted on this blog and realizing that made me sad :( There is so much I have been taking pictures of, I just haven’t stopped to take the time to post them up anywhere. Since my dear friend Jenny and her beau, Dan are getting married in a few weeks I figured why not feature them in a post? Jenny’s always been so supportive of me taking pictures and I took their engagement pictures in Central Park, where they got engaged. I’m also so honored to be in their wedding! :) So here’s a couple pics of the beautiful couple!
And with that, congrats to Jenny and Dan! I can’t wait until this fun couple’s special day. (and note to self, POST MORE!)
I know my last post was also a sky/cloud/sun picture, but this past Sunday, we were pleasantly surprised with a beautiful sunset after a gloomy rainy day that was too cool to pass up. After the rain, I noticed some sunshine and was sure there would be a rainbow so I ran out to try to get it, but I got this crazy golden sky instead. It’s no “woah, double rainbow” but it’s pretty freakin pretty. What does it mean?!
For those who don’t know what the title refers to, it’s an old Judy Blume book. http://bit.ly/Itsmemargret
Doesn’t really have anything to do with this post, but it’s what I thought of from the picture Tim made me take. We were driving on the way to New Hope, PA, and on the way the sunshining through the clouds caught his eye. It was beautiful, but pretty dangerous considering he was the one driving. So instead of him staring at the sky the whole time while driving, (similar to the scene in The Men Who Stare At Goats) I asked him to stop so I could snap the pretty scene from him.
Even though there were pretty colors, I kind of like the black and white better. Gives more of a “dramatic” effect.
Just trying to capture some sunshine for my sunshine :) (Cornball Alert!! w00t w00t!)
A while ago I started experiencing issues with my Nikon P6000 camera and I couldn’t download pictures from the camera. I’ve been too lazy to even just take the card out ha. But today I finally got to it! I found some pics from my friend Danielle’s wedding rehearsal and some other stragglers. Here’s a couple of them :)
I still can’t figure out what is wrong with my camera though. Looks like I’m going to have to call Nikon :( But if anyone has any suggestions, please let me know!
